According to the Book of Enoch (non-cannonized Hebrew text) that chronicled the War in Heaven, previous to the Fall from Grace, Angels would look down from the Heavens and they would see human women bathing and washing their hair. Seeing a human womens hair so enraptured these naughty angels, that they came down to Earth, and seduced human women, creating halflings, which were an abomination to God (of course) thus pissing him off. So that is why many devote Christian & Jewish women covers their heads, as directed by their beliefs and noted in the book of Isiah. So, I am going to keep growing mine. I want to attract a naughty angel. Well a few honestly!

You much see their inner being to see their beauty; much like so many human beings. The reason it was considered a bad thing for an angel to seduce a human is because humans are above angels in the hierarchy of Heaven. That is one of the reasons they are on the lowest end of the hierarchy of Hell.
Human misunderstanding has to do with your think of sex as naughty. If you read The Song of Songs you will get a better understanding of God's perspective. There is a reason you call out "Oh MY GOD" when it is really good. Even so called atheists do it.
