because darker hair makes the skin look more pale...... pale skin was once a mark of purity...... and so it was ingrained in mens minds and there are the others who look for the blonds who's light hair color makes their skin look darker.... so they have gotta be a freak...... and thus the myth about the blonds having more fun is exposed...... everyone knows whatever higher power exists created redheads so that they could easily spot the nymphos...

I have no idea what it is. I'm certainly attracted to blondes and redheads too but the raven haired lasses....

I think it may have something to do with my first crush. I was 5 years old and not even remotely interested in girls until I met Jennifer Brown. She had the most amazing, long, silky, dark brown hair and made me very aware, even at such a young age, that I would be nuts for brunettes for the rest of my life. I used to touch her hair every chance I got. In fact, I remember one time when we were playing together I suggested that we play barber shop and I pretended to cut her hair using a wind up truck as an electric trimmer. To make a long story short, my mom had to cut my truck out of her hair and Jennifer steered clear of me after that.

Let that be a lesson to you guys. Keep your toy trucks away from your girl's hair. It may seem like a good idea at the time but trust me, it will end badly.

i8've always aspired to be a brunette when I grow up. rotfl.:) I was very blonde as a child, but I was probably the only toe headed white kid in my kindergarten class, so I developed a thing for all the little hispanic girls with long silky brown ringlets going down there back. My hair does not grow very fast, so I like the contrast.
